I'm building a new flow and while I was testing the flow the Parse JSON step suddenly started getting an Internal Server Error? Haven't made any changes to that step since it last ran successfully. Last successful run was around 8:18am central today and then error started happening around 8:20 central today. I've tried deleting and rebuilding that step but continue to get the internal server error:
Encountered internal server error. The tracking Id is 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXX'. (different tracking id each time).
I've seen other posts about this where rebuilding the step seemed to fix the issue, but it hasn't in my case. Any other suggestions/options?
Sorry to hear that. To help you resolve this we need to see your json and your flow and expanded parse json action, with the error please. There's no way to determine a root cause by just reading the error.
