I am trying to take responses received when a form is submitted and create new item in one of two microsoft list i created. I receive this error: The execution of template action 'Create_item' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied.

There are only 3 questions on the form and depending on what is chosen the flow should create new item on the correct list
