Getting Excel file, attached to email and email

Hi,

Hope someone could help me.

I am setting a scheduled power automate to do the following;

1. Copy, create and resave excel to another folder with new file name

2. New excel file is sent for approval

3. Control- Approve -> email with new file as an attachment.

So I managed to get all the way to point 3. I set up the below.

Issue: the file attachment received is not in an xlsm format.

What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @v-dezhili-msft ,

    Thank you, I tried what you have suggested and the email is still not sending it as an excel.

    Hi @Linda_Tran_ ,

    Could you please put the File name With Extension in Dynamic content into compose action and show me the output?
    Or please check if your source file contains the suffix.
