VOTE FOR THIS IDEA: Add notes to each Flow test

Imagine being able to add a small note to each Flow test.

When you see a run history like this...

...wouldn't it be nice to see "Added apostrophes to application/json header" in that white space?

    That sounds great if it could get the differents between two Runs.

    I'll head to vote it, hope it will become true. It will be convenient in trouble shooting.
