    Hi @nagaraj007

Could you have a daily flow that collects all meetings with todays date and then run a for each on the dates/times with an add to time of -4 minutes to the time input and delay until the "add to time variable" before sending your email?

    Hello @DamoBird365 ,

I just want flow to send reminder email to my Boss before the 4 minutes of meeting starts, so that he can go to the meeting right away.

I would be fine if the flow runs daily once for the that day's meeting.

Please advise about the flow so that i can incorporate the same

Every day morning at 9 AM as meeting invite...so that they get a pop up message

The above flow example would be a component of the proposed solution.

    The full flow would be:

    It's a scheduled trigger - daily at 8am?

Get rows from table in excel where start date is equal to today

Apply to each of the meetings in the above result set

         Add to Time -4

Delay until the time calculated above

Send Email or Flow Bot Message / Message in Teams Channel

    Flow Ends

You might have to explore saving your date in Excel differently - see the following
