Power Automate Copy Sharepoint to GSheets not copying all SP entires

I have a flow which copies items from a sharepoint list to google sheets every night. I did this by doing the following.

1. gets the gsheet

2. deletes all previous data

3. Gets the sharepoint entries

4. inserts row in gsheets and copies/pastes values from sharepoint

It seems to work great. However I just noticed that I only see 100 records being copied, but there are 110. The flows history shows Succeeded status'. I'm new to Power Automate and I'm not sure what to do to ensure all my records are copied.

Upon research it looks like only 100 api actions within 5 minutes for google sheets.

Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions to ensure all my entries are copied to gsheets are greatly appreciated.

TYIA,

Mark

I updated the get items Sharepoint settings and turned Pagination on and set the threshold to 200. That seems to have brought over all records. Is this the best approach?

    Hi @mark1014,

Glad that you have resolved your problem.

And yes, turning the Pagination on and changing the threshold is the best approach currently.

Actually, there is a default limit of 100 items for “Get Items” in microsoft flow, so at the very first, it looks like only 100 api actions within 5 minutes for google sheets.

To ensure you have copied all the records to Google sheet, I think you could use the length() to count the records of the Google sheet and SharePoint list.

1). Add a condition before the second apply to each and configure the condition as below:

    length(outputs('Get_items')?['body'])
    length(outputs('Get_rows')?['body'])

Use the "is equal to" as the operator.

2). Add the Apply to each 2 within the If yes branch.
