How to Send Personalized Emails from Power BI Using a Slicer and Power Automat

Hi 
I need help setting up a Power BI report where:
  • Users can select one or more names using a slicer.
  • Then click a Power Automate button (using the Power Automate for Power BI visual).
  • This triggers a flow that sends personalized emails to each selected user.
  • The dataset contains: Name, Mark, and Email ID.
  • Emails should include dynamic content (e.g., their name and mark).
Could someone guide me step-by-step on how to:
  1. Set up the Power Automate flow to handle single and multiple selections?
  2. Format the email body dynamically?

    Make sure you add your columns to the visual. After that you should be able to retrieve the data and use it in an apply to each.
     
    Below is an example

    1. Button setup
     


    2. Flow setup via edit on the Button visual.
