Unable to get proper file type from saved Attachment onto a Powerapp to SharePoint List connection

Good afternoon,

I am struggling how to actually get at the Attachments onto a PowerApp Form submission into a SharePoint List. I am using PowerAutomate to help save a copy of the file in another location and then also attach it to an automated email. It all works fine when starting with Trigger of "New Item is Created" and the info is done right in the SharePoint list form. But when trying to add a new item from the PowerApp it doesn't seem to be bringing in the right info. It does not recognize the media type is what I am assuming is the issue and don't know how to fix. Any direction would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Output from SharePoint List form - works fine

Output from PowerApp submission - brings back an unusable file (will be uploading Exel and Email Message files)

Nevermind, I was able to figure out my issue. It was not allowing me to rename the file while attaching or saving it in a Directory. I just needed to use the DisplayName from the Get Attachment and it looks to have fixed the issue. Thank you.
