Hi,

I have a particular flow (simple list to another list) when a user changes a dropdown in powerapps a flow moves a sharepoint list item to another sharepoint list then deletes itself.

However its not "instant"

Can i make it instant?

    Hi @Anonymous,

What's your current license of Flow?

If the license is trial, it will spend several minutes to perform it some times.

If not, could you please share the Flow configuration?

The subscription licence is Buisness essentials and my account has the microsoft flow free.

and i believe the person initialising the flow (a change in a dropdown in a powerapp) has the same account does that matter>?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Yes, if it's a free license, in the case of server congestion or too many requests at the same time, the priority will be lower and the processing time will be longer.
