give in more detail ,what are the ways wee can connect d365 crm databe or get the datasouce in process mining

    Hi Community member,

    In case you are running your Dynamics 365 instance in the cloud, you can use the Dataverse connector to ingest data from CRM. When you have an on-premise installation, you would need to export data and store it in a cloud location from where you can use a different connector, like Excel or Text/CSV.

    Depending on what process you want to investigate, you might need to transform data to get an event log. You can read more about event log requirements on my blog: The F&O Twist on Process Mining - Event log data requirements - Dynamicspedia
