Sharing connection references and working with external users

Hi!

I've been looking around the web, but can't seem to find a good answer to this question. We are in the process of expanding our usage of power automate and currently we rely quite heavily on help from external consultants with more knowledge when building advanced flows. However, to make things work we need to connect to different solutions using connections and connection references. This works well when working alone, and we usually use a service account for this in our internal team. But when we want to get help from external users they often require access to the same service account to make anything work, this is unfortunate since the service account has access to all flows, not only the ones we need help with(If we try to share access to the flow they can access it, but are unable to save any changes because all connections get the error "Invalid connection" since they don't have access to the connection reference).

Is it possible to share a flow with access to connection references used in a solution instead of giving out the credentials of our service account? What is the best way of collaborating with external users that you don't want to give access to the entire environment, but still be able to collaborate within a solution?
