CONDITION in Google sheets flow stops working

Hi, the flow is fairly simple. It gets rows from a Google Sheet and then it sends and email if conditions are met after which it updates a row in the same sheet to show that the email was sent. The flow works sometimes and then it just stops working. At the moment it says that conditions have not been met even though they are being met. Sometimes it will run and send a couple of emails and update a row or 2 and then just stop working with a timeout error. Sometimes I'll try to edit the flow and the fields from Get rows will not be available at all.

It seems like I managed to resolve half of the problem by creating new connections. But the Condition logic still gives errors.
The error reads: An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded.

The condition requires a column to have an empty cell and another column to have anything in a cell.
I tried using the null expression or just leaving the required value empty. The empty requirement works sometimes but then fails.

I also entered values and changed the condition to send the email if the cell equals the value and it still gives the same error: An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded.
