Hello,

 

Owner/Creator of flow is no longer employed with us, her account has been deactivated.  I changed the connections in the flow to my account and am still getting the error message stated in the Subject line.  I'm not sure what to do to fix the error.

    Hi @trishmalloy ,

     

    Could you describe more about the Flow you are using?

    Are you the Owner of this Flow?

     

    First, you need to know which connection was not successfully configured, then you could try to update the connection and make sure that your account has access to the specified service.

     

    Or if you know the specific configuration of Flow, you can try to recreate a similar Flow using your own account.

    This error message can show if you haven't selected a connection for each action. For instance, if you bulk removed all the connections in order to replace them all with connection references. Especially for flows with many actions, double or triple check that a connection has been assigned to each action.
