Hi there. I have a model driven application set up with: - a 'Client' entity with an EMAIL field - an Activities SubArea set up in my model driven application I am struggling to make the To, CC and BCC fields reference the e-mail field in my 'Client' entity. The only options I get in the dropdown are from the 'Knowledge Articles' and 'Users' Please could you direct me in the right direction with as much detailed info as possible. Thanks

    Hi @justinridge ,

    Could you please share more details/Images to help us understand what do you want to implement?

    Do you mean you want to automatically full-fill the To CC BCC field based on the Email field referenced from the Client entity?

    Sik

    Hi Sik,

    I managed to figure out how to link the TO field to the Contacts entity - all fixed.

    I now have another query regarding inserting dynamic data into my e-mail template.

    I am able to insert dynamic data from only the User, Account and Contact entities.

    Hi @justinridge ,

    Please follow this blog Dynamic Values for Custom Entities in Email Templates .

    The dynamics data syntax:

    {!<entitylogicalname>: <fieldlogicalname>; <Default Text>}

    Hello @JosLand,

    I created a flow with Power Automate, put the conditions you want the workflow to run.

    I added a button on the form of the custom entity to enable sending an email of the case, added columns to let the user to add email addresses and it works
