Build a flow to create tickets in HubSpot from a Microsoft Form

My company is trying to build a hardware/software request form in Microsoft Forms and after getting approvals, send that over to HubSpot to create a ticket. I've got a Power Automate flow with everything working up to the create a ticket in HubSpot piece. I'm using this connector:

Is there anyone who can provide me with some help on how to complete the setup on that part? I'm not sure how to send the information through.

Hi

Can you be more specific on what issue you are having trying to create the ticket? What parameters etc are you missing, using, not sure of? Looking at the connector page it seems pretty straight forward.
