Send an email from a shared mailbox

I created a flow that sends an email from a shared email box by using Send an email from a shared mailbox (v2). It returns a status of successful when fired off but the email does not arrive.

The email is constructed as follows:

Original Emailbox: SharedEmail@email.com

To: SharedEmail@email.com

Body: Test

The email is sending from the same shared email that it is sending to. I'm not sure if that creates a conflict. Any advice would be helpful.

Hi @ShondaT ,

Can you verify the below:

1. After sending, does the email appear in the Sent Items of the shared mailbox?
2. Does it work if you change the email to go to yourself?

First, thanks for the response Eric. Oh wow, it does show up in the sent folder. I have a second email that is sent to an individual and it is delivered fine. So somehow I have to get it to go to the inbox too. Any ideas?

It seems that this is a limitation of Microsoft Exchange and not Power Automate: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/emails-from-shared-mailbox-to-the-same-shared/944221e1-e640-4995-8058-1830c3bc68c3
