Power Automate Error - An error occurred while communicating with the cloud services

Hi, I am getting the below error with PAD, can anybody please let me know what the URL is that the application is trying to communicate/connect with? Many Thanks

    First of all, please check if all of the Power Automate services are running on your machine. If any of them are stopped, please start them.

    Then also, if you are using a work or school account, please check if you have a valid license to use Power Automate Desktop. It is only free for personal use on personal Microsoft accounts. Work or school accounts require a Microsoft Power Automate Per user plan with attended RPA ($40/month) to use Power Automate Desktop.

    This error is commonly thrown when the user is not licensed to use Power Automate Desktop.

    Hi Agnius,

     

    All the services are running and I am licensed to use it.

    It works in the web browser with no issues.

    I am asking for the URL as I think it's blocked somewhere, it doesn't work on VPN in my organisation but does in the office.
