auto-refresh SharePoint

We have a SharePoint Online List - that as new records would come in, it would auto-refresh and populate.  Now in order for us to see, we have to do a hard refresh (F5), does anyone know if there is a setting that can be changed to populate new records as they come in. - it seems there was an update.  I did find that there is an extension that auto-refreshes your page (set fo a specific amt of time) however, if you are working in the record, it refreshes and then you lose the info - so it's not a viable option.

Not sure what you're talking about. When you add new items (records) to a SharePoint list, they are there. There is nothing that needs to be refreshed. The refresh you are referring to (F5) is a browser function unrelated to the items in your SharePoint list. For SharePoint lists, the content should update automatically when new items are added. There’s usually no need to manually refresh the page, as SharePoint is designed to handle real-time updates. If someone thinks they need to refresh the list, it might be due to a misunderstanding or a specific issue with their browser or network.

You may want to post your question in the Microsoft Edge forums Results in Microsoft Edge - Microsoft Community instead.
