Sent Item stored in users Sent Items, not the Shared Mailbox

Hi All,

I've configured an Auto Reponder Flow for a user on a Shared Mailbox they're the owner of, that detects the arrival of an email and responds with another.

The problem is, the email that's sent, ends up in the users Sent Items.  I need that sent item stored in the Shared Mailboxes Sent Items.

Any way of adjusting my Auto Respond Flow to do this?

Thanks,

Jas

    Hi @Jaram,

Do you want to store the email of user's Sent Items folder into the Sent Items folder of Shared Mailboxes?

Sending a responce email from a Shared mailbox on behalf of the members of it is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently, so I afraid that there is no way to store the email of user's Sent Items folder into the Sent Items folder of Shared Mailboxes in Microsoft Flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,

    Kris
