Hi,

Shared workflow is not working for the second day, shows error

Unable to process template language expressions for trigger 'When_an_event_is_added,_updated_or_deleted_(V3)' at line '1' and column '72276': 'The number of items to split exceeded the limit for concurrency control enabled trigger 'When_an_event_is_added,_updated_or_deleted_(V3)': maximum '100' and actual '143'.'.

Hello @AR-11080910-0 - The trigger returned 143 items, while Power Automate allows a maximum of 100 Split On items when trigger concurrency is enabled.

Please check the trigger Settings and see whether Concurrency Control is enabled. If your flow does not specifically require trigger concurrency, you may need to redesign the trigger without concurrency, or reduce the number of events being returned in a single trigger execution.

I believe what this error is saying is that there are more than 100 additions, updates or deletions on the calendar selected. This trigger (as well as most Power Automate triggers) has a limit of 100 queued items and there are 143 queued to process. You'll need to determine why there are so many events being processed in the calendar. You can get more information on this limit at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/limits-and-config#concurrency-looping-and-debatching-limits

If you only need the flow to run on certain circumstances, you could consider adding trigger conditions. However, you may need to recreate the flow since your current flow has so many triggers queued and waiting to run. You could try deleting the trigger and adding it again to see if that flushes out the items waiting to trigger the flow.
