Hi everyone,

I would like to share you my issue. It's incredible but  i don't want to waste more time.

The meaning of this flow is to collect data from sharepoint list, and to put it in a excel file.

this is seems to be easy, but it's not because, i have a condition. If a value equals 1,  last line sharepoint list data filled the row line in excel completly, and if it equals 2, just a half line.

the systems don't see my condition. each, it goes even if data fulfiled the first choice.

The results of the turn, it's success. So i can't show you, error message. Please, help, i had to resolve it next week.

it's in french, in my example, you can see that my condition is begin by, but before, i tested with equals (there is an error, data from sharepoint list it is string) and contains, but nothing happens.

thanks by advance for all the pepole would like help me.

    Hi @Nived_Nambiar

Thank you very much for your attention to my problem.

Let me rephrase that. I need to transfer lines from a sharepoint list into an Excel table. There are two variables in the sharepoint list that are important, and I'm going to call them Variable1 and Variable2.

There are 2 possible cases, either Variable1 = 1 and Variable2 = 3 or 4, in which case I only transfer half of the sharepoint list line to the excel table. If Variable1 = 2 and Variable2 = 1 or 2, then I fill in the whole line.

My problem is that in the second case, even if I have the corresponding values, it never enters this choice. In the condition, I have the impression that I've tried everything with (contain, begin with,...)

I need to render this stream as quickly as possible, it's already expected.

    Hi,

You can try considering working with filter array instead of Case.

Use data operations in Power Automate (contains video) - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

and use conditions on the filter arry - example for the second case

    @And(equals(item()?['Variable1 '],2),@or(equals(item()?['Variable2 '], 1,equals(item()?['Variable2 '], 2)))

    Br,

    Gill

Hello, I'm coming back to you because I don't understand. Using "compose", I have defined variable names for the output values of the array. (Variable1 et Variable2).
The last operation on my values is to remove any spaces.
And then it displays this message even though I only have "string" type values.
What should I do? I want to compare these values and make my "Yes" choice possible.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Show the action Choix... in the edit mode.

please share more info on you data source,

Yes, these are lines imported from a sharepoint list, and the values in this sharepoint list are answers to questions from a Forms.
I don't control the type of my data, which is why I've included it in these variables.

No, I've asked for action "Choix si Claims ou non" in edit mode.

I changed the values coming from the sharepoint list directly to variables (with a string type).
And in a second step, I've added an operation where I remove spaces from strings. I thought it might have come from there.
