We have encountered unexpected behavior with one of the canvas apps built on Power Apps platform, all remaining apps work perfectly fine. We are unable to run the app in Chromium browsers such as Chrome and Microsoft Edge, but it works fine on Mozilla Firefox.
Since most of our business users use Chrome or Edge, we need to have this app working on these browsers also. We have tried many options such as clear cache, redeploy app, deploy in other environments etc., including the one mentioned in link
but could get to the root cause/ able to fix the issue yet. We are clueless about the exact issue at this point of time. We seek you help in finding out the issue and provide a resolution.

I looked into the entire code and using app checker also, but fail to figure out the error you have pointed out - "Power Apps Errors when Converting Text to Value"
In fact, App checker (in edit mode) is not showing any error, there are warning though but are not a blocker. And there is absolutely no error nor warning under category 'Runtime'. What wonders me is how come a app which was working for long time suddenly starts behaving weirdly like this.
And I have several applications where converting "Text to Value", which are working perfectly fine. Why the issue with this alone is something which I'm unable to understand.
Can we have a meeting please? I want to understand the root cause and the point due to which the app is failing to load. Please confirm

Thank you for sharing the session ID. Checked the telemetry and found an issue is related to "Power Apps Errors when Converting Text to Value" in your scenario.

In case you have not understood my first post above, please read the below explanation.
This app was working previously and we didn't have any issue with opening the app. And there are several apps (all canvas type) created in the same environment and none of the other apps has broken and all apps use absolutely same services as this one. To our surprise this broken app works perfectly fine in Firefox browser in the same environment.
There is no IP address blocked by my company IT. In case the IP was blocked by IT, then how would it work in Firefox browser and also all other apps in Chrome and Edge browsers but this?
However, the session details (in edit mode) as as follows
