I have a "Request for approval in Outlook" flow based off a MS Form that has been working fine for a year. A few weeks ago, any requests to outlook:
- Have appeared in a different format like it would if I am sending it to someone external for approval
- Routes anyone who receives it to the MS Flow website to approve (Instead of in Outlook like before)
- Does send the "Approve/Reject email" after it is approved/rejected from the MS Flow site BUT...
- It no longer deletes the original "request for approval" email after it is approved/rejected or change the status "Approved or Rejected" for the approver like it always did. It stays in Outlook & has to be manually moved/deleted.
Why is this suddenly happening & how can I correct? I have hundreds of PTO request that are starting in 3 days & I need to have this resolved quickly. Thank you & any help is appreciated!
