Get the "Total points" value

Hello, in order for me to determine an outcome I have to see/get the "Total points" column value from the exported excel file of the MS Forms. Does anyone know how to do that in power automate ?

Keeping in mind that the nr. of questions might modify, I can't use the solution to put every single question in a "compos" or a "variable", and may number of question exceeds sometimes 50 .

Indeed, via a flow I want to do this, but I don't know how to extract the score of the quiz directly from ms Forms ? From excel inside SP I know how to do it, but it would a circular reference in my opinion .

@owidiuz Direct extraction from ms form when someone submit response or for whole data? For complete data you have to store your ms form responses in a data source either in Sp or excel then play with it.
