Hi,

I have a SharePoint list and I'm getting the list using "Get Item" and then I'm initializing the array variable. After that I'm appending the array and inside that I'm passing the E-mail body in Json format.

Format as follows.

Then I'm passing that variable in Compose section

Then in "Send an E-mail" I'm adding the outputs in body of E-mail

But I'm getting E-mail like this, I don't know how to enter correct format.

Can anyone help?

    Hi @Rajath

You are using Get Item so it's going to return always one record. You don't need a variable (Array) to map the values. Delete the variables and append array action steps. Under the send email body enter the text you want

eg: FirstName:, then map the value directly from the Get Item step. Please see below:

Yes, I tried this, but it will work for one list. If I use get item again to get another list and try to map the values of that item then automatically the 'Send an E-mail" is going into Apply to each loop.

Same happening for every single "Get Item"

    Hi,

I have 4 different SharePoint lists and used 4 different get items and filtered the ID with parent ID.

I have 4 gallaries and mail is triggering for each and every entry in gallery.

Can anyone help me how to achieve this with single E-mail?

    Hi @Rajath

    Try the below method:

So here I have used a string variable, append the variable with the name and value. Then again append the variable with enter key for new lines. Use the variable or compose output (see above) in your email body.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks
