Hello!

I'm trying to set up a flow such that when people create work items that meet certain conditions, it will generate an email to the correct support alias and CC the person who created the work item.

I'm using the dynamic data from ADO to get the "Created By" field, but it appears to only have the name (ie "John Doe") and not the full email address or AAD identity of the user. Is there any way to get the email address of the user such that I can CC them using the "Send an Email (V2)" Outlook action?

@v-alzhan-msft will this result in mailing all people that have the same name? For example, if "John Doe" is set as the PMOwner, will it send an email for each each person in the company named "John Doe"?

Yes, since you only know the creator name and we could only check the emails for the special name.

The field in ADO is an AAD identity, so it should refer to exactly 1 person with a specific email address. Is there a way to get the rest of the AAD identity data without doing the search? I don't want to mail everyone in the company with a certain name about these work items, only the precise right persion. Additionally, I tried using this solution and the flow failed on it because it failed to find resolve an email.
