What is a good expression to replace all of these "or" conditions below? I want the words "company credit card" or "company cc" to trigger yes regardless of case. Thank you!

    Hello @datedlime ,

    you use toLower(...) expression to format everything in lower case. On both sides of the condition.

    I am not sure what you mean. I am very new to this. On the left side I tried using

    toLower(body)

    but it says it's invalid. On the right side I tried using

    toLower('company credit card')

    but it completes the flow case sensitive still.

    On the left side you must enter the 'Body' dynamic content into the toLower(...) expression. Copy/paste the 'Body' dynamic content into a text editor, remove the leading @{ and closing } and then use that string in the toLower(...) expression. In the end it should look similar to this:

    toLower(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'])
