Power Automate Workflow - Bad Gateway

Hi, I hope someone can give some advice on a problem that has recently started with a workflow I have. It goes through every action until it hits the 'Set content approval status' to enable the Sharepoint list it works with, to update itself. It is stuck at the Action 'Submit' and comes up with a 'bad gateway' error. Looking at the error which I will add below, the Service request ID is returning a [], which I think means, there is nothing to return ?? Which I think is why the 'Set content approval status 2' is greyed out. It was working fine and doing everything it should do, but not anymore.

Just for added information, this list is in Sharepoint and is for the staff to book holidays etc. to be approved by the relevant manager. It would normally, once the manager has either approved or rejected the booking, then go to the step of updating the Sharepoint list, but not anymore.

Hi, I'm getting a very similar problem in my flow, at the Set Content approval status stage. The flow is for uploading documents to a sharepoint library, so similar to what you are doing.
    Did you ever resolve this?
    Thanks

    HI Marcy
No I just deleted the whole lot and created a new one, which is quite different.

I successfully resolved the issue. First, use the 'Get File Metadata' function to retrieve the ETag details. Then, within your 'Set Content Approval Status' action, specify the ETag.
