get the mail from Microsoft Flow that *** of your flows have failed

Hi I would like to confirm:

1.If the flow failed, how long will this failure be followed, How long will the notifications fly if we don’t resubmit the failed run?

2.Please kindly confirm this Unsubscribe is applied to the target Fail, or the whole including other Flows?

I think if I unsubscribe this, the mail will not be sent anymore for all failed runs.

3.If there is a particular flow that is very important, and I want to be notified on every single failure,

I have to set configure run after, there is no other way than adding it after every action.

Is it possible to combine Fail actions in one place.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please explain more details about the "Is it possible to combine Fail actions in one place." that you mentioned?

    For your first question:

As is mentioned in the link below, the failure email will only be sent once a week:

    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/microsoft-forms-tables-flow-failures/

    For your second question:

Yes, if you Unsubscribe from the power automate emails, you wouldn't receive the notification emails.

    For your third question:

Yes, if you want to be notified on every single failure, we still would recommend explicitly setting up a notification error-handling step.

    Best regards,

    Alice

    hi @v-alzhan-msft

    Thank you.

For the No.1 question, if the flow failed, will the failure be followed constantly?

Or if it has failed for 2 weeks, or 1 month, the failed run will not tracked.

For the No.3 question, we set a very complex Flow that has a lot of steps and scopes , but it will be better if we only set one Configure run after but could figure out each failure.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

For your first question, there is no any documentation explain it so you need to make a test on it.

For your third question, I'm afraid that you need to create multiple run after since the complex flow would have multiple scenes that you need to check and run after it.

    Best regards,

    Alice
