Hello,
Following Problem: The colume where Notes etc. are written has a Timestamp/ show History:

Totyika_1-1595846351689.png

This is working as suppossed to, but if I "get Item" the following displays:

Flow1.PNG

As you can See the Timestamp is Missing (still Missing if there are more comments, (diffrent Times/ diffrent creators in the field)

I want to send a Email to the Ticket submitter:
For example: "Totyika (27.07.2020 12:43): Problem is solved now."
Since i cant use the Output of Field "Externe Kommunikation"  is there another way to get this? Or is it Possible to somehow get the Timestamp from this Field?

Thanks for Help,

Totyika

@v-litu-msft  The previous versions are "stored" in another colume, so it can chek if the "Externe Kommunikation" has changed or a nother Colume, so the Flow doesent Trigger and sends unassesary E-Mails.

What I Would like to have is that: The Comments + Time and Name as displayed in the first picture are importet to the E-Mail i want to Send.

    Thanks,

    Totyika

    Hi @Totyika,

Ok, if so, please refer to this post, it is about a custom column comments:
