I got some issue about text language when downloaded .csv
this is text variable from powerApps.
And this is a .csv downloaded format. How can I fix it?

Try using 'Read text from file' action

You mean the action in ms excel or Power Automate?
It's a Power Automation Desktop action.
Use 'Read text from file' with your downloaded file. This action has an 'Encoding' argument which can be set to 'UTF-8'

Unfortunately, I use a Power Automate Cloud and The way to use Power Automation Desktop is may unacceptable for my project.
Maybe there are others having the same issue who just found another workaround that might fit here?
