Hi community peeps.

I have a flow in Power Automate that is running successfully from Survey123 Connect, uploading to OneDrive and Sharepoint, creating a pdf. It is saying it has run successfully and it does create a pdf in sharepoint but I cannot open the pdf. If I open Survey123 Connect where the survey is saved to and print the pdf report from there, it opens successfully using the same template that is in the power automate flow.

I have created another flow identical to this one for another survey123 app and it is running successfully and the pdfs are opening. The pdfs for this 2nd flow contain only one page.

The pdfs that do not open will not download either.

Where do I begin to look?

Is it possible that somewhere in the settings there is a tick box for multi page pdfs?
