Hi all,

When a user is assigned a task, I want to send a calendar invite, as well, to the user to be able to add it to their Outlook calendar.

Hopefully someone can help me out.

Below is my flows:

I have 3 users: User 1; User 2 and My account, I just want to add the Planner task to my outlook calendar if the task is assigned to me (my account) only, can we do that Bof?

BTW, can we also add text in the note field to my outlook calendar body?

Yes. -> Can you teach me how to create this flow please? It's still adding to my outlook calendar when the task is assigned to another user

    Hi @kinghnvn ,

If you want to create an event with no attendees (just your own), just delete the places I marked.

This added the planner task to my calendar as meeting invitation.

I just want to add it as an appointment, can we do that?

and if the task is assigned to another user it's still adding to my calendar, your advise please.
