Get Item and send Link - Formatting not working

Good morning!

I do actually have 2 different problems.

The first one, I created a flow that gets files from library, use a Create HTML table to add Name and Link and sends an email to all users the file when it's been added or updated. That worked OK, when i tried to recreate the flow for a different library the link part does not work when i try to format it the same way, and i get the full URL (plus what i wrote)

this is the flow that works and the expression i created (that works)

"concat('<a href="',item()['{Link}'], '">Access document')"

and the link on the email shows as i want it "Access File" instead of the url

Now when i re create this for another Documented library

1) when creating the concat expression, and i try to select from Dynamic Content Link to item, i don't have the option now, and if i type it in (as per the expression above) i still get the full URL

Not a clue why things work for one Library and not for the other one on the same site!

Thanks
