Hi,

I have created a flow and it is working correctly however I noticed that in the sent items for all forwarded emails it shows that the email was received to us in UTC time which is confusing some people. How would I go about modifying that to be in the correct time zone of AEST?

Image of issue, the email was received at 1:26pm and forwarded at 1:30pm however on the forwarded email it is showing the received time as 2:26am.

I know how to convert the emails RecievedTime to the correct time zone however I am unsure on how I can replace it in the email when it gets forwarded (if it is even possible)?

Thanks for the link, however I am aware on how to convert the received timestamp of the email however it is the timestamp on the email that when forwarded is in UTC. Do you have any thoughts on how to convert that specific timestamp and then replace it in the forwarded email?

    Hi @Todd_W ,

By default, all dates and times in Flow are in UTC.

You will have to convert the date and time to your time zone with the "Date Time - Convert time zone" action.

Below you can find a link where the Flow team discusses how to work with dates and times in Flow.

    Best Regards,
