Hello,
As an organizer for many Virtual events, it would be useful to be able to receive an email or notification for each attendee for a Microsoft Teams Webinar Registration. Currently, to get this information we have to manage the meeting to view the registration information.
This is flying blind and takes time for marketers to know if they have any registrations.
When using copilot, it talks about leveraging Microsoft Forms or it hallucinates answers with Microsoft Teams triggers that do not exist.
From Copilot -
The trigger for Microsoft Teams webinar registration in Power Automate is typically called "When a new registration is submitted for webinar". This trigger allows you to automate actions, such as sending notifications or updating records, whenever someone registers for your webinar.
Well, Microsoft Teams Webinar registration is a form, and we want a notification for each registration to have a pulse on the success of specific activities. Is anyone able to get notifications for each webinar registration? How did you do it? Can it be a standard feature? This will help us sell More Microsoft Teams Premium if that is a built-in capability.
Thank you for guidance!
