Emails with embedded images not showing in SharePoint once logged item has been created.

When emails are sent to a shared mailbox and PA captures these emails to SharePoint, if there are any embedded images, these are not captured to the description field in SharePoint.

For reference, the description field is of the type: Enhanced rich text (Rich text with pictures, tables, and hyperlinks)

So it should include the images? I'm assuming that PA is stripping the images out of the email?

Any update on this topic? I am having the same issue where users will email a specific email account and it will create a SharePoint list item or update their item using Power Automate (Flow) but if they have an embedded image it will just show an image error instead of the image itself. This only happens on embedded images if a user actually attaches the image it will work fine.
