Microsoft Applied Skills: Create and manage automated processes by using Power Automate Assessment

 Dear All,
I recently took the assessment for Microsoft Applied Skills: Create and manage automated processes by using Power Automate. I completed all the exercises given in the assessment, checked if the output was displayed as per the questions. It was correct. I saved it, tested the flow. The flow succeeded. Then I submitted my flows. I am quite sure there were no mistakes. But still I failed. I could not get analytical results of my performance.
If I am unable to do the assessment, and then I fail. I can understand. But I have done all the flows and still I fail. That is what I am not able to understand.
Could anyone please help me.
What could have gone wrong. This is very stressful and I am in despair. I appreciate any guidance coming my way

Unfortunately and I am sorry but there isn't really much we can do here, you would need to reach out to actual Microsoft support. They do have one and you can email them.

    I will say this.

Many times in the assessments, its not about the answer, its about the way something is done. They specifically state not to do too much or more than they ask, so its very possible to get the answer correct, but the steps themselves are not considered "optimal" or they simply don't have their review process setup to grade it based on how you did it.

I'll be transparent, I failed one and I was like umm what? I emailed them and they were like ooops sorry and gave me credit, so its possible you just need to contact them.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey
