Hello,

We are preparing to implement a governance strategy to clean up inactive flows. As part of this process, I am working on retrieving the last run information for these flows using cloud flows, however i do see this information in Power platform for Admin connector as well as COE kit.

If anyone has successfully achieved this, could you please share the details.

Thank you for your assistance.
Chandra

    Hi

I am sorry, you said you do see the information from the COE kit and PAC, so what exactly is the question?

Is the question how to use the Connector?

    What is the specific question?

    To the previous responder:
You should know that poster intending to say he cannot find this feature on PP for Admin Connector.
I also tried to find this on power automate management and power automate for admin connector, both also dont have

The question is, on Power Automate Cloud Flow Action, how can i get a last run time of flow
My intention is the same as the poster for clean up.

You can customize the using this step.

    1. Get all the flow list using "Power automate management" connector. Use "List Flow as Admin(V2)"

    2. To retrieve the last run, you can use "api.flow.microsoft.com" via custom connector. You can refer this blog to create and use.

    3. Loop thro' the flow and get the run details.

Please note that API is subjected to change as per Microsoft Work with cloud flows using code - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

    Thanks,
    Vejai
