Have a record that needs to be update once a month, SharePoint list is currently structured below:
Division Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Delta A 2/2/2021In the current app, have a drop down for the Divisions and a Calendar choice for each month.How do I update the same Division once a month?

According to your description, I suggest you could try Scheduled flow instead of canvas.
The flow will be automatically executed once a month.

Need to explain a bit more. Each month, Departments (5) have to review a document for currency. After the review, the individual will click on the calendar and insert date document was reviewed. Hopefully, this explanation helps.
