Hi!!!

The idea is to get an email that informs:

1. The item has been created

2 Or the item has been modified.

I guess i need a condition action but don't know how to make it work.

Could someone help?

specifically:

What is the data source for the item (SharePoint list, Dataverse, SQL, etc.)

How are you currently detecting whether the item was created or modified in your Power Automate flow?

Its item in a sharepoint list.

I guess the condition should be:

An in if yes the mail if its modicied, and in no the mail if its created.

Check me if im wrong @Power Platform 1919

Or you can use :

the VersionNumber field from the trigger body output, as it captures change version as well. For a modified item, this value updates accordingly, whereas for a newly created item, it will be "1.0".

There is multiple ways to achieve this requirement.

You can compare the Created and Modified columns to identify whether it is a newly created item or a modified item.

For comparison use below columns
