    Hi @Keithski,

Could you please share your Flow configuration?

Have you created a successful connection of Act? Maybe there something wrong with the Database or web server.

Hey @v-litu-msft  thanks for your response.  I am new to "flows" and attempting to figure it out on my own.  When you ask me to "share the Flow configuration" do you want me to actually "share the Flow" with you or just describe the steps in the flow??

Currently the flow is set up this way -

    • Trigger is when someone submits a specific Microsoft Form we had created in Forms
    • Then goes to a "condition" where it evaluates a specific response in the form to see if the person has answered "Yes or No" in that response.
    • If the response is no - the "If yes" condition is set to "Create a Contact" in ACT! with the connection
    • The "If No" condition is just "terminate" with Cancelled status.

Also it appears that I have connected successfully to my ACT! database using the ACT! connections - there is no error message in that??  But being new to this I don't know if it would throw a error message if it didn't connect successfully??

If you need any additional information let me know.  Thanks again for your help!!

    Keith

    Hi @Keithski,

Thank you for your description of your Flow, yes, I did want to get the information that how you configure it.

To be honest, I have very few know about the connector Act! , plus we don't purchase Act!. After getting your issue, I tried to create an Act! account and found that it could be used for free for a period of time, I tried to create a link that did not report any errors but found that there was a problem when I did the test.

Cause when I create the connection, I find it required the Database, but the database Feature should purchase premium:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/act/#creating-a-connection

    https://help.act.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024241374-How-do-I-create-a-new-database-in-Act-

So I couldn't test it, but if you have purchased a premium, you could refer to the first link to create the connection.
