Hi,
I'm working on integrating knowledge management in dynamics 365 with a power virtual agent bot, in one of the steps I need to follow, it is said to update the default solution's 'Search Dynamics 365 knowledge article flow with necessary connection references, and to turn it on and use it within the bot as mentioned in this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/integrate-km-with-pva#use-the-search-dynamics-365-knowledge-article-flow-preview-action
but I was unable to complete this step due to not being assigned the correct permissions and not being able to export the solution to an unmanaged solution. However, I created a new solution where I created a new flow within the solution and copied the Search Dynamics 365 knowledge article flow from the default solution to the new solution, and was able to progress further, until I came across an error related to constructing the CRM url within the cloud flow solution, as mentioned in this post: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Power-Automate-Flow-giving-Invalid-template-error/m-p/1577540
can anyone tell me as to why this is happening? and what approach I can take?
Hi,
I was able to find the issue and fix it. in one of the steps it is required to update the connection references of the existing connections in the flow, to update the connection references you need to go to the default solutions -> Connection References -> content conversion ->edit -> then from the dropdown provide the connection to the connection reference.
