Hi,

we have a Model driven app with an Entity called GCO Task. This entity has a regarding 'Email message activity' entity, shown on the timeline.

We have a flow that when an email comes into a shared mailbox, it creates a GCO Task record in the app, then creates a regarding email message activity on the GCO record timeline - with the body of the email that came in, written to the description (body of the regarding email message activity)
The workflow then performs a bound Dataverse 'send email' action to a designated person with an enabled / approved mailbox / account in Dynamics to say, please look at this task etc.
So far no problems, the designated user receives the email from Dynamics in their outlook Inbox with all required email text body we want them to see.

The issue is, when they reply to the email (from their outlook inbox) the reply does not get attached to the original email activity item in the timeline.
It's like the email isn't getting tracked properly
