There's no direct way to do in PowerApps what you see in that video - not yet anyway. If you want Power BI inside a PowerApp you need to add a PBI Report to the Service, create a Dashboard, then pull that Dashboard into your app - similar to what you see in the video I posted but he has skipped over these steps mostly.
