flow failing after working well

I have flow which was written about 9 months ago. It worked well for 6 months and then random failures started occuring. it now fails more often than it works. Nothing was changed in the flow over that time.

I've tried to recreate the flow from scratch but it doesn't give me the right options now and I'm tearing my hair out as the users had got used to it being reliable

The flow should email a manager when a job that's assigned to their site is entered in a sharepoint list. The flow takes the name of the site entered, looks that up in a 2nd sharepoint list bringing back the manager's name. It then sends the email.

For most sites it's now no longer finding the site name in the 2nd list and I can't work out why. Any ideas?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you share a screenshot of the Flow configuration and an error message that we can refer to?

It seems that your configuration is no problem, you need to pay attention to the source of Dynamic content configured in Condition, one of which is Get items, the other seems to come from other actions.

In addition, Condition has been upgraded in the previous version, please consider using the latest version of Condition.

    Best Regards,

    thanks for your quick response.

    what screenshot would be helpful?

Its not generating an error message. the flow says its succeeeding but almost all runs are now going down the NO side of the tree when every entry in the sharepoint list should generate one result that goes down the Yes side.

Could you elaborate on "Condition has been upgraded in the previous version, please consider using the latest version of Condition".  Not sure how to use the latest version?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Please try to recreate your Flow and refer this online doc to get more details about Condition:

    Best Regards,
