Sharepoint list: Add conditional formating and flow to fill automatically fields in a new row

I have a Sharepoint list which gets populated automatically when a new answer is submitted to a form.

Now I would like a few additional customer details to be added to each new row in my sharepoint list. So I want to build an automation triggered by a new row in the main list, and with conditions so depending on the customer name in the new row, the right customer details are picked from another list and added to the main list.

is that possible? ( I do not have Dataverse)

I have spent the day trying to build such a flow, trying and find tutorials, asking co-pilot, but without luck.
I really hope someone in the community can help me!

Your explanation is unfortunately not clear enough for me to assist.
But from what I understand, you would like to trigger a flow when an item is created in 1st list and then populate a second list with the customised data off of 1st list.

If that is correct, then it should be a straightforward process:
    1. Trigger flow when an item is created in SharePoint - SharePoint - Connectors | Microsoft Learn
    2. If you are trying to get the data from a different list, you can use list items action and filter the list based on your condition.
    3. Then use Create an item action to create a new item in a different list. And next to the columns you can either use dynamic content from the first action (data from list 1) or expressions and other logics to create your data.
    Hope this helps.
    Cheers!

thanks Narayan225 for your answer. Let me try to explain again.

I need to run a survey once a month. I have created the survey in Forms.
I collect the data on a list (list 1)

I have created this flow: send the survey link to the respondents once a month, and then create a new row in the list every time there is an answer to the survey.

Now what I would like, is that:
    - when a row is created in List 1
    - I want a flow to recognize the cllient name, and automatically fetch the right client details from another list (List 2).
    - So the trigger is a specific text added to the list, and not a new row

The list 2 is a database, there is no new entrance to it. I guess what I am trying to build is similar to an XOPSLAG in excel.

I hope this is clearer :-)

If that is the case, you can try triggering the list based on the creation of first list and use an action to filter a second list.
    Like this:

Here, I am triggering the flow when an item is created in PTO Tracker list and searching Time off requests list for a record that has Employee person column with email address matching to UserEmail column from the first list.

    Hope this helps.
    Cheers!
