How to fix "The response is not in a JSON format"

Hello everyone. I have encountered an issue when building my flow. I use Cloudmersive in order to transform an Excel sheet into a pdf. However, during the action "Split a signle XLSX into separate worksheets", an error occurs, which is the following : The response is not in a JSON format.

Do you know how I can fix that?

Many thanks!

    Hi @lolfav :

I've made some tests but did not encountered the problem you mentioned:

Please check the Cloudmersive Document Conversion connection:

1\Whether the Cloudmersive account is registered correctly, the corresponding API is obtained,

and the connection is correctly configured.

2\If your Cloudmersive account is a free trial account, have you exceeded the 800 calls/Month limit?

Many thanks for your answer! I have a few questions.

First, what should be the connection name that I enter in the Cloudmersive Document conversion? How can I change this name?

And then, should I be connected to Power Automate with the same account which retrieved the API key from Cloudmersive? I am actually not the one who got the key, but another member of my organization.

    Thank you!

I also think the issue might be coming from the fact that I am not sure if I am using the Premium version of Power Automate. Do you know how I can get this version as a free trial?

    Hi @lolfav :

Q1 :First, what should be the connection name that I enter in the Cloudmersive Document conversion? How can I change this name?

The name of the connection does not affect anything, you do not need to make any changes. The only thing you have to do is to let the author of this connection share this connection with you, or I suggest you can consider creating a connection yourself, and then use this connection:

Plan1: let the author of this connection share this connection with you

Plan2: You could register a new account and get the API key

    *get the API Key

    vbofengmsft_1-1624951274999.png

    vbofengmsft_2-1624951289462.png

    *Create a new connection:

    vbofengmsft_4-1624951558801.png

Plan3: Ask the connection's owner and get the key, then create a new connection using the key

Q2:And then, should I be connected to Power Automate with the same account which retrieved the API key from Cloudmersive? I am actually not the one who got the key, but another member of my organization.

The api key is universal, and it does not affect anything. You can let the owner of this connection give you this connection share, or create a connection yourself.

    Hi @lolfav :

OK,I think that is the problem. Cloudmersive Document Conversion is a premium connector.

You should be able to obtain a trial license through "try free".(If the current account has not obtained trail permission before)

    Thank you @v-bofeng-msft !

I just registered a new account and got a new API key. However, when I added the connection and entered the key, the following appeared:

    What can I do?

HI @v-bofeng-msft. Thanks again for answering. Unfortunately, when I click on the Try Free, I get into this page.

    Hi @lolfav :

Maybe you can try again later or change the browser and try again.
