Sending an email from a SharePoint list

I am creating a flow that when an email is received it creates a sharepoint item, once the "assigned to" field is populated an email is sent to the assigned to person that contains information from the triggering email .  Everything works up top the send email.  No matter what I try, I can not get the email address from the assigned to field.  Its either the 'claims' or its blank.  How can I get this to work

{
  "inputs": {
    "parameters": {
      "emailMessage/To": "@outputs('Create_item')?['body/Assigned_x0020_to/Email']",
      "emailMessage/Subject": "Email Task @{outputs('Create_item')?['body/ID']} has been assigned to you",
      "emailMessage/Body": "<p class=\"editor-paragraph\">The email below has been assigned to you.  Please work the issue and reply to all the email addresses in the Reply to field below.  Once complete please update the task by going to the APC Orals sharepoint site, pasting your reply in the outcome field and update status to complete.</p><br><p class=\"editor-paragraph\">Thank you,</p><p class=\"editor-paragraph\">APC Orals Ship Clearance Leadership</p><br><p class=\"editor-paragraph\">@{triggerOutputs()?['body/from']}</p><p class=\"editor-paragraph\">@{triggerOutputs()?['body/toRecipients']}</p><p class=\"editor-paragraph\">@{triggerOutputs()?['body/ccRecipients']}</p><p class=\"editor-paragraph\">@{triggerOutputs()?['body/subject']}</p><p class=\"editor-paragraph\">@{triggerOutputs()?['body/body']}</p>",
      "emailMessage/ReplyTo": "@{outputs('Create_item')?['body/From']};@{outputs('Create_item')?['body/To']};@{outputs('Create_item')?['body/CC']}; apcoralsshipclearance@cignatlp.onmicrosoft.com",

    Please share what you see, as we cannot see it so its not super helpful.

    Share the flow in build mode and explain how you are populating the Assigned to
    As well as a Flow Run where it failed

    Need to see how you are populating Assigned too and How you are grabbing the value.

    You say "once the assigned too" field is populated. Aren't you populating it IN the flow you are in? So how can it be blank if you just populated it. Just use the same value to send the email.

    No the assigned to field is not populated by the flow.  My lead has to go in and assign it based on the service branch of the email.

    Is your "Create_Item"(@outputs('Create_item')?['body/Assigned_x0020_to/Email']) object has value?

    Please share more information!

    Thanks,

    The issue is you cannot have one flow do both things.

    You need 2 different flows

    1 to create the data
    1 to react to the Lead assigning it so it can then send the email

    If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
