Hello to all the community!

I'm trying to implement a Leave request that also calculate vacation balances left for each person that request (so both the approver and requestors knows their respective days left) and once approve create an event that will be share in a calendar so everybody knows who is on vacation.

I've followed these guides: (and many others)

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Leave-request-flow-with-sharepoint/td-p/384027

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Flow-Vacation-calculations/m-p/482036#M59020

But cant get it to work.

I have created Vacation request in SP as this

Start Date, End Date, Days Requested, Comments, Approve: yes/no, Approval Status

Vacation Balance in SP

Title, Employee, Annual Vacation days - set to 22max, Days Requested and Balance (Annual Vacation Days - Days requested)

I have created a request but I don't see anything happening in the Vacation Balance list, there for I guess here is my initial problem?

    Hi @zmm14 ,

Is the flow triggered when a Vacation Request is created?

Can you post a screenshot of the parameters for Get Items where the error is occuring?

    Thank you for your reply.

Yes, supposed to be when a Vacation Request is created.

    Is this what you mean?
